Michael Marks was born and raised in Miami, FL. As a young boy, he loved most things that growing up in Florida affords (e.g. fishing, boating, and sports). At the age of 20, he saw a previous high school friend who had decided to become a firefighter and at that point he decided to take the test and subsequently passed with a high score, surprising himself. He then entered the Miami-Dade Fire Academy, where he eventually graduated shortly after. In the year 1981 he began his 33 year career that has proven to be an extraordinary one at that. He has shouldered many positions and responsibilities from the local fire department, FEMA, Urban Search and Rescue, to being deployed to multiple disasters around the world, including the tragedy at The World Trade Center.

Finally, in 2014 his firefighting career came to and end with a well deserved retirement. But, in true fashion, Michael did not stop helping and doing what he as always done best. He continues to be a reserve firefighter, a member of Florida Task Force 1 and he travels around the United States teaching technical search classes for various organizations including FEMA and SPEC Rescue.

As a retired firefighter, Michael has devoted time to formulating a skin cream product he is proud of and that meets his expectations and standards. At the beginning, his initial vision was for the cream to be topically applied to specific areas of concern because of the natural healing properties of the ingredients. However, the reality has been that most users are applying it to their face as a daily moisturizer or on specific areas such as arms, legs, hands, and feet. As well as, his initial vision as a natural remedy for soothing skin ailments such as Eczema or minor cuts and bug bites.
